Trustee information

The Alice Nelson Charitable Trust is administered by a representative nominated by each of Auckland, Counties Manukau and Waitemata District Health Boards, or their successor, together with a representative of the Auckland Nurses and Midwives Rest and Recreation Society.  Together, these four representatives are the Trustees of the fund.

The Alice Nelson Charitable Trust is registered as a charity under the Charities Act 2005 and is incorporated as a Charitable Trust under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.

The Trustees are the President of the Auckland Nurses and Midwives Rest and Recreation Society Incorporated and the Chief Nursing Officers of Auckland, Counties Manukau and Waitemata District Health Boards (or their successors).
